We've tapped a natural hot sprint and built a rustic barrel hot tub with worn slab stone trim and seats around it, added a warm crackling fire nearby, included dual stairways and a forgotten paver patio, added emissive lighting effects inside, and textured it all with PBR lightbaked materials. Animated for singles and couples in your choice of maturities - seats two! Land Impact is 46 or 51 with the included optional snow, and footprint is 16.3 x 15.2 meters without snow or 25.3 by 19.1 meters with.
